I am going with 4 here. Especially with the vulnerability as it is, I expect we will have a decision to make when they bid 5. I expect that we will be playing this in 5, but partner gets a vote.
The five level belongs to the side holding the spades, isn't that the saying? Something like that. ;)

I would like to bid 4 since I can't ignore 5 viodness points ( distributional points) as dummy hand with good fit.

I did bid 4 and we missed slam.
I'm now convinced that 3 is better, but it seems that 4 is even a better description.
