I would consider 4N quantitative after 1C-1H-2C-2S-2N-3H (which is how I would think the auction should start). (Probably not - I'd want a 6th club for that action.)

typo sorry, I was thinking about 1 or 2 or 1 raised to 2 by North.
I find it hard to imagine the auction that opts for the axe, even if LoTT might make it look interesting to West (but who would risk the post mortem with those hearts).
I can see any of 500 800 1100, but partner will not be impressed with 500 if we have game or anything if we have slam.

If you're in a room that isn't bidding slam, 800 will be fine, but yes, difficult to double.
