Have you tried https://fpbridge.pt/ or https://www.bridge.esp.br/ ? Maybe you can contact someone at one of those organizations to ask for a recommendation. they might even have developed some materials themselves.

But I'm sure it would be easier for OP to find one than we can behind the obstinate wall of google and mainstream languages.

An english language search of um livro sobre o jogo de bridge did produce this at a very reasonable price.
