After a 5 years hiatus, I'm getting back into the game and I am probably operating under old rules for what is allowed and what isn't for opening bids. I assume a multi 2D is still disallowed, but what about a multi-2NT , for example. Anyway, can someone provide a link ? I'm not finding anything on the ACBL home page, but I probably just missed it.

The ACBL Convention Charts can be seen at https://www.acbl.org...rnament/#charts
There is also a new Convention Card if you want to use it, or familiarise yourself with it, at https://www.acbl.org...ibrary/#players

Note that the new CCs mandate the games they are used for *in tournaments*. As (almost) always, they allow the clubs to do what they want, but "strongly recommend" an equivalent chart to what will be allowed at tournaments (so Open for open games, Basic or Basic+ for limited games, a limited number of "experimental" games could be Open+).
In my areas, I have found that the clubs have basically done that. Of course in my areas, my opinion of what should be done is almost always listened to (not always followed, of course, nor should it), and my opinion is "yeah, the Open chart is probably too much for random club duplicate, but "nobody" will be playing anything too strange, and if your players are going to play in the sectional, they're going to have to play Open Chart in the Saturday Open Pairs. You don't want them coming back after saying 'but you told me [bid] was not allowed', and *then* having to explain the difference, I'm sure." So there might be a bit of a viewer bias there. Ask the club owner, as always.

In my area, the rules at clubs are basically whatever the club owner/director says they are on the day. They will modify ACBL regs, but will not publish what the actual regulations are. Today two club owner/directors told me in effect that ACBL regs regarding allowable methods apply, and that ACBL Alerting regs apply with the exception that a 15-17 1NT opening doesn't have to be announced. We'll see.

If you have an account on the BridgeWinners site, they have an online tool where you can edit and save multiple convention cards, and print or save as PDF files.
