North starts with A, then A.

What do you do now? What is your plan?

I love the title of your post "Misplay this slam with me" lol. I think I would misplay it also. Best line? I am still thinking after 5 minutes. A looks a stiff, and given that North has two aces, I do not think he has K. I think sometimes a player can overthink the situation because if the finesse is right, and if the suit is breaking 3-2 then the slam is 68%. I cannot see any squeeze possibilities here, the menaces and entries are not divided between the hands. Am I missing something? North might have a stiff honor, but is he likely to be 2812 shape? Still undecide what is the best line here.

We have entry problems to the East hand. I suspect the A is a singleton and the K is onside. Problem is if the ace is a singleton there is no way to the East hand without going down. I think I would cash the A and try to drop a stiff onside king playing North for 2821 or 2731 shape. If the king drops, cross to East with a trump and play to a low club. If that holds we are home with six spades, four clubs and two diamnonds, we have trump entries to enjoy the established long clubs.

For better or worse, I decided not to cash A but to cross in clubs and take the spade finesse.

As it happened, my plan could have worked but I managed to mess it up.

Which cards do you play to the first four tricks?

I would have ruffed hearts with S8, then just played C8 to K praying nobody shows out, then run ST and S5 to Q if necessary.

But I'm expert at misplaying slams.

Ruff with 8 (probably the most important)
small club to the K
10 putting the 9 under (expecting a show out)
spade to the Q
A
Cash the top club
2 to dummy and pitch the two diamonds

Trying to avoid reading the thread. Something went wrong with entries did it

I'm winning trick two with a bigger trump than the 2 just in case then playing diamonds

No real plan after that and highly unlikely to get it right either - now to read the thread

What does the 4H bid mean in terms of points

In 4th seat it is anywhere from 0 up to a hand that is willing to give up on slam opposite a passed partner. A pre-empt that is known to be weak is a blunt sword (Reese).
