When I fill out the card unable to save also when it comes to the little circles I am unable to indicate any of them.

Hi gofton, and welcome to the forums. It's the only place I use social media, as it's polite (mostly) and helpful.
Pending a reply by a proper techie, you could try taking one of the standard cards and giving it a new name (and if it's for a regular partnership, adding your partner's BBO tag in the relevant box). I think that is equivalent to opening a "read only" document and doing a "save as" with a new title".
You can also reopen and edit a personal card, including changing its title, so I would try making one small change, check it works by saving, then re-edit it with all the details you want.
