Upload Picture Up load picture

I can't upload picture Help please.

1. Open the Account tab
2. Click the blue Profile Image button at the bottom
3. Click Select Picture
4. Select a picture you have saved on your computer
5. Click Upload Picture

The picture must be approved by BBO. It may take a day or two.

Check that it's small enough 100 bytes or something.

There is a size limit, but not so tiny. No color image will fit in 100 bytes.

Mine took about 3 days. I thought maybe it wasn't working too, but it all worked out in the end. :)

After you upload your picture it has to be reviewed by a customer support person. Sometimes this can take a few days.

I’ve lost my profile picture. Tried uploading a new one it says “error uploading picture” even after I chose the smallest size74 kb.

Have a look at your friends - none of their pictures are being displayed anymore either.

Perhaps pictures have been turned off to help solve the performance issues that have been plaguing login and tournament entries over the last few weeks - these appear to have been sorted out last week according to this post:

It's probably best not to try and upload a new one whilst they are disabled - you might end up deleting your existing one.
