tournament results cannot get results when tournament finishes

When a tournament finishes, I do not get a pop-up of the leader board. Instead, the whole left side of the screen becomes a big white blank space. I understand that later I can go to history, select the tournament, and click on results; however, I do not get instant results. Rather, I have to wait a while before I can get the information from history. How can I get the leaderboard to pop up as soon as the tournament is over?

I am having the same problem. To make matters worse the results aren't there over an hour later. This is happening in casual play, too.

Results get moved from the tournament service to the results service automatically. Occasionally the process that moves the results gets overwhelmed and it takes some considerable time to process the backlog.

It gets there is the end but it can take some time (hours) especially in peak periods.
