ACBL convention cards have a few places (length of opening suit bids, strength of 1NT openings) where you can fill in multiple meanings for a call depending on seat or other conditions. SB was being very helpful - he has to have two convention cards to play multiple systems in 7+ board team matches and so felt that the best way to be considerate to his opponents was to use the same two cards for the duplicate event. Both cards are, of course, completely, legibly and accurately filled in - and to reduce the chance of confusion, he carefully leaves on the table only the convention card that details his system that applies to the actual position.
