Table list should show board number, eg, 7/12 Mainly so TDs can monitor the slowest tables

Often in unclocked tournaments some tables are very slow. To help the tournament directors monitor and sometimes adjust the slow tables, it would be very useful to know which are the slowest tables.

It is also very useful for players when they are waiting a partner to finish an existing tournament in order to join a coming one. Will they finish in time?
