My gut instinct is to win in dummy and play A♥ and Q♥. Should be smooth sailing on most layouts, and doesn't lock us in to overtaking the ♠ or something like that.

Yup. I started directly with the queen hoping I'd maintain a heart entry too but it was ducked, so I had to play another as well.

Seems the problem with starting AQ is they win from Kx (K-4th probably ducks anyway) and finishes the entry destruction with a 2nd diamond.

If the hQ holds I'd like to be at the table but an option is now club toward the J. Even if it loses to the Q my entries are still pretty fluid.

Diamonds are not 5-0 (I had not offended the bridge gods... recently at least).
If you start with the HQ (which I did), it is ducked smoothly (you don't know the opps, they look like average sectional players).
I do like the club continuation -- seems like 12 tricks are unlikely anyways.
