Should I just bid 4 or is my hand too good for that?

I think it's too good. If partner has a limit raise, the five level should be safe. If he has more, you should be in slam, if he has sufficient black suit controls. I'm not sure what to bid though.

and if p can muster a cue bid beyond 4h I will then decide how to
proceed since the 5 level should be safe. If they sign off in 4h i will be
satisfied.
