2♠ is enough. Partner will nearly always raise with four trumps and a void, and if he is 3055 the hand will not play well and I'll be happy to make 2♠.

Agree with the above, our HCP are completely wrong to think about bidding more.

Add another to the 2♠ chorus. All those heart ruffs you are counting on are at the expense of whatever high trumps partner may have, this is not going to play as well as it looks like at first unless partner can take another call. Although a silent benefit of 3♠ might be that they don't have room to make game tries, you might catch them speeding looking for that vul game.
