is it possible to prevent defenders from claiming and conceding tricks in the express no-director indies?

let declarer alone claim or concede.

this afternoon a dclarer claimed and i rejected because a high trump was left

the bell then announced that declarer would be replaced in 7 seconds and my partner promptly accomodated it by conceding all tricks

lol, maybe i should try that when i see i will not meet my contract

Bridge is a partnership game -- if your partner makes a stupid mistake, you pay for it as well. Why should claiming and conceding be any different? Why did your partner concede the trick just because declarer was going to be replaced?
