Gibs at bidding table expanding for play

I am sure something like this has been proposed in the past.

When starting a table with three Gibs and paying the daily rate it would be nice if we could set the parameters for cards delt the same as we do when starting a bidding table.

When playing in Gib tournaments South is always best hand. It would be nice if one could rent a table to practice and have the hands delt the same as in tournaments.

Please let me know what you think on this.
