Glitch

I have a leftover blue rectangle on my computer from a failed login. It will not go away. I have tried rebooting. I have tried CTRL-ALT-DEL. There are no programs running to make this blue thing appear. It won't go away.

Any suggestions?

Problem fixed on second reboot
