substitution volunteer window include a way to estimate remaining time

This particular window appears when you have volunteered to sub in Team Game or a Tournament. Normally I would think the TG or Tourney organizer would like a volunteer to last til the end. Sometimes that is difficult because you don't have a clue for how long you are volunteering. In that window needs to be the entering board number and the total number of boards being played.
