I would never Dbl with such hand, better is 1♠ or 4♠ imo.

An initial 4♠ followed by 5♠ if necessary seems best. Alternatively, you could overcall 1♠ and then "walk the dog" by bidding minimum spades at each opportunity. Do this only against much weaker opponents. Doubling, imo, has zero merit.
The main considerations are:
1. you virtually have game in hand.
2. you have only 12 of the deck's 40 HCP
3. partner passed in first seat

I'll bid 1♠. Double is pointless. Good arguments could be made for 4♠ though, but personally if I were going to do that I'd bid 5♠.
