I think "what else?" might be 2D, Michaels, if everyone at the table (and at the other table) has a sense of humor. But then, maybe this is why my partners don't allow me to play Michaels . . . .

Whatever shows the majors.

In my case:

2 = Both majors.
2 = Good hand with one major.
2/2 = Not so good hand with the suit.

Pass, sometimes preempts (1NT in this case) work :(

2 will often switch their partscore from 1NT to 3, do we want it?. I prefer my chances in 1NT, but not so sure.

Pass. Planning on doubling 2 or 3 if given the chance.

I can't tell if any 2 bidders mean this as natural, or majors, or...? It fits both, or, rather, neither :lol:

I like pass. As Phil suggests you can later double a club contract which gives a very good description of the hand, and if you end up defending 1NT that's fine too.

At the table partner bid 2D and I went -1 in 2H (on a 3325). 1NT was going off, possibly 2 off.
