Partnership bidding Log option for partnership bidding.

The partnership bidding room should have an option to allow you to log what is being said in the chat window.
Come to think of it, logging what goes on in the chat window might be useful in other areas of the site as well.

Turn on chat logging from your profile.

It goes to <BBODIR>\chat_<USERNAME>.txt

<BBODIR> is usually C:\Bridge Base Online
