Mail when chat disallowed

When you can't chat with someone (due to them being in a tourney), it would be nice if the software allowed you to send a BBO mail for them to read when they finished.

Yes...I didn't realize that the chat I sent (mailed) to folks while they were playing a tourney didn't reach them until the next time they logged on. At least that is what they told me.

No one has sent me a chat while I was playing a tourney so I can not speak from experience.
