From the web . Making 3nt with 24 hcp is roughly a 40 percent proposition. Making it with 25 hcp is 55 percent. 26 hcp gives 72 percent and 27 gives 80 plus percent.

However, We know playing 16-8. Is worse than playing 12-12. If 16-8 is a 30 percent proposition ( I made that up) then 12-12 might be over 50 percent if the average is 40 percent with 24 combined hcp

Im looking to see how these probabilities in the first paragraph vary depending on the split between hands. Anyone have any reliable info?
