Just finished playing and am hungry, so this may well be unworkable tout court or on the actual layout...

Take with ♥A in dummy and play ♣K to their A.
Take ♥ return with K in dummy and then ruff (or over-ruff) 2♥.
Pull trumps finishing in dummy (if J collaborates).
Cash ♥Q and 6 (if promoted).
Cash ♣Q pitching ♦Q.
Claim (♦A + 2 trumps).
