Hi, I'm from Singapore.
There is a dearth of training for tournament directors here. At the same time, my club is aging and so is the only qualified director we have. There is a issue of succession here and opportunities to expand club activity.
I'm recently retired. I don't mind doing some "Bridge Tourism". i.e. I travel to another country, take a tournament director course, maybe play a little and so on.
Does anyone have a suggestion for me?
Thanks!

If you can speak Italian then you could do the beginners course somewhere in Italy this autumn: when I did it it required classroom presence for two consecutive weekends, plus of course some study inbetween.
But I imagine there will be some more practical alternative elsewhere.
