which stops me from participating in some tournaments.
how do I resolve this?

10 tournaments (there are limits, no daylongs,...) in 30 60 days will set a TCR. It will be "number of tournaments completed in last 30 60 days/number of tournaments started in last 30 60 days", and will roll along after that.

Perfect explanation. But the period is 60 days, not 30.
