After logging in to BBO from a web browser, click on the BB$ button and then Purchase BB$. When you select the amount of BB$ you want to purchase, there is an option to auto purchase when your account drops below a certain amount.

Don't purchase from the BBO App because the App store adds in a large premium for the privilege of increasing their revenue.

I tried that but nothing good happened.

I did get a message saying that next time I could check the "Remember CC#" box, but the checkbox is disabled. I've tried Chrome and Firefox on MacOS.

There's nothing in the code for that page that ever disables that checkbox, and it works fine for thousands of users. I can't explain why it's disabled for you.

The page doesn't use a cookie for that.

Whether it's checked or unchecked by default can change depending the state of using the page, but it should never be disabled.
