Team match set up error message

I tried to set up a team match and got the following error message

Brand new users may not create team games

Happened twice now.

Any ideas? Is it just that I have not been registered for very long?

You need 100 logins the day before you will be able to create team matches. The second condition you already fulfil (14 days as far as I remember).
