Yes. There is a service within BBO (link) where you can view anyone's hands.
Note that you may be asked for your BBO ID and password to access the hands. Also note that hands played in some tournaments (mostly ACBL and BBO robot) will not show up on the myhands website --- BBO restricts access in order to permit re-use in "instant tournaments".
