Disenrollment just before tourney

I enrolled 2 hours before a scheduled 18 board tournament with my partner. One minute before tournament start, I received a message saying we were disenrolled.
Has anyone else had this problem? does anyone know why or what can be done?

That was actually the seating call, and your partner was disconnected (time below is US Central)


2020-05-15 13:15:08 TOURNEY DEREGISTER Scottrehob+<partner> because <partner> is missing
Ediited partner's name.

Maybe you could improve the error message to explain that <partner> was missing?
This is a common and unnecessary cause of confusion and resentment.
