Can kIbitzing be allowed during BBO/ACBL/Common Game tournament?

Can kibitzing be allowed during BBO/ACBL/Common Game tournament?

I tried kibitzing one I wasn't playing in yesterday and everyone showed as kibitzing being locked out for anyone wanting to kibitz.

Could I as a player in such tournament do something to allow others to kibitz me?

Allowing kibitzers is up to the tournament organiser, you can't do anything as a player.
