I am a memeber of BBO for many years. yesterday and last Friday a member by the name of [redacted] on Friday and [redacted] on Mmonday chatting privately to me asking me: CAN i PLAY WITH MYSELF WHILE THINKING OF YOU IT GIVES ME DOUBLE PLEASURE. I was shocked and very disturbed. You can't allow low people like that be able to sign at BBO and insult players. Please find him and ban him from BBO

I'm sincerely sorry for what you went through, but on the Internet it's practically impossible to prevent this kind of thing. It's not likely anything personal about you, other than being a woman.

Please send the details to abuse@bridgebase.com, they will take care of banning them. Unfortunately, it's easy for people to create new accounts.
