Forum Hand editor not displaying properly Google Chrome

I've noticed since this morning that the hand editor isn't showing up properly in Google Chrome (Version 43.0.2357.134 m). The same problem happens when viewing posts which have used the hand editor. See links to see what I see.

Working fine for me in both cases. Is anyone else seeing this?
