You come across rude behavior some time. No big deal. you could report to BBO.
Came to know that prior warning would be given for 1st time offenders being reported, before banning accounts for certain amount of time.

I would recommend zero tolerance.
  • they could be repeated offenders, just not being reported.
  • it simplifies your procedures. no need to monitor after report.
  • a ban of e.g. 7 days would not lose many customers.
  • helps build better atmosphere.
  • player being reported could appeal.

Depends how severe the offence is, I suppose.
