3♠ says " 4+♠,12+hcp,13+TPs,forcing".
Really?
In fact,it is a normal bid if no interference,it meanings are 6-card♠,11hcp,invitational,non-forcing.
Why changed its definitions after double?Why did Gib cheat partner?

No Double,No Trouble !

P.S.
After 3♠,4♠ is no explanations if I bid 4♠.
Don't know the reasons.
