What strength does 4♥ show? What would 3♥ have been instead?

And what strength?

4H should deny any A or K in the hand. 3H is the generic raise, forcing. Note I said "should" I will be interested to see what GIB actually held.

Fixed explanation in next version.
-- 3+ M; 4- HCP
Will check about why this hand didn't raise.
3M promises 5+ TP , so this hand qualifies in theory.

If 3M is 3+M; 5+TP, then 4M should be 3+M; 4-TP. The two explanations should show a clear distinction.

georgi,I perfectly agree with your opinions,I have some suggestions on this hand for what you said.
I know Gib don't play positive/negative respond, however this approach belongs to this category for what you said.
4M should be alerted as "3+M,4-hcp,denies any Ace"
3M should be alerted as "3+M,4+hcp,promises Ace or K in some suit, please cuebid".
OK?

Then how would you show support if you have 3 queens? You are too strong for 4M, but lack the A/K needed for 3M.

At the moment for GIB 2♦ is with semi-unknown strength. Max is unknown if hand is unbalanced and the longest suit is weak.
Bal hand would go through 2NT which is 8+ HCP, but if you have weak by quality one suiter hand, i.e.
Qx
QJx
Qxxxxx
xx
you would bid 2♦ and then could also give positive over 2♥ i.e. although having only Queen of trumps.
So 3M could hold variety of positives which responder wished to show on second round.
Or even singleton if hand is

QJx
