after 5 Hearts? 2/1 ACBL

I believe that 5♥ shows 2 losers in Hearts and is asking West to bid 6♠ with 2nd round control of Hearts.
Correct me if I am wrong.

With first round control what is the correct bid by West?
And how do you get to 7♠ or is it a reach?

you're very wrong. that's what 5 spades shows, over which with the ace west cuebids clubs.

5h shows a heart control and implies you need partner to hold some good cards outside.
