to be honest, if you're bothering to ask this, you must have very confused ideas at to what partner will pass with. i would expect -3 or 4 on average if partner passes - you have a much better spade holding and defensive strength than double promises, so the answer to your question is, 'yes, i would be delighted'.

Pass = weak 5+C[12/15]I can only rebid suit,[this could in this sequence be 5c+ and 4H or 5C+ and 4D]
Rebid suit = 16+ and 5+[no second suit or could have reversed]
X = NT without a stop[which is what you have]
NT = NT with a stop
New suit as normal i.e reverses show 16+[here with this sequence you can only reverse,but you don't have a second suit]
