According to my experiences and judgement on reading the card in the similar sequences,I know we should have fit in most cases,so I make aggressive balancing overbid 2 only with 4 card, however surprisedly GIB always raise to the game only with weak balanced hand.I think this is a wrong raise style.
Is the GIB not allowed to be balanced overcall?
This is a second falling hand, here is a link of the first falling hand.

Although the 4 bid is explained as showing 3+ spades, I think it uses the law, i.e. raises to the 4-level with a known 10-card fit. With a balanced hand it is probably a bit too aggresive, but I wouldn't call it ridicolous.

I wonder what kind of hands GIB expects you to have when you overcall 2 after not having been able to bid 1 the round before. Maybe a six-card spades and a hand too weak for an initial 2 bid?
The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

As I said in another recent thread, GIB gets way too excited when partner balances. Better get in the first round or stay out altogether until GIB's bidding is improved in this area.
