2 suiters with 19+ hcp give us more problems. When opener bids a suit after 2c we expect a good six card suit.

How do you play 1x-1y-3z? this looks like a very good description for 19+ 2 suiters

I used to play big 3 suiter in the multi as I always found it an ugly type to bid, and do you bid Jx, Jx, AQJxxxxx, x any different to J, Jx, AQxxxxxx, 109 as 6N is very poor opposite this.

The first of these is worth a positive (1) response to 1. The auction then follows a relay course rather than using the 3-suited convention. So

1 = 15+ nat/bal or 18+ any
... - 1 = no 4+ card major, GF
1N = relay, usually 18+
... - 2 = 5+ diamonds, 0-4 clubs
2 = relay
... - 3N = 8+ diamonds, club shortage, min
4 = relay
... - 4 = singleton club (effectively, this promises 2281)
4 = relay
... - 4N = 2 controls

Again, we know we are missing an AK and no way of dealing with it short of good splits and partner holding perfect cards. Of course it is convenient that in each of these the "right" hand gets to be in control. I daresay if you tweak the hands enough you can find one my system will not handle. :P

I strongly blame partner for his 3diamond bid why the rush...
firstly the hand depicted is worth a 2cl opener,opener does not want
any one bid to be passed out...with this in mind the 3diamond bidder
should slow down just bid 2d and get partners response,may be 2n/t or
a suit bid {be it a single suit,possibly a 2 suiter hand or even a
3 suiter hand--in this case opener will bid 3cl-now the 2 d bidder
will rebid 3diamonds,this possibly denies any other 4 card suit,
or club support,but over 3 diamonds opener can bid either 3n/t,or
if pard now bids 3hts over 3diamonds and does not like 3 n/t then bid
4 diamonds--and the opener will decide to drop it,or bid 4 spades.
now the 2diamond bidder can bid 4n/t end of story-or bid 5diamonds.
the 2cl opener will pass.
