I'm sure I recently saw a news announcement that BBO was now recording all chat.

Does this include :

• Private chat;
  
• General chat at the table;
  
• Kibber chat to the table;
  
• Kibber chat to other kibbers?

Will this record be used only by "abuse-at-bbo"?
Under what circumstances could it be made available to an ordinary BBO player?

Chat to table was usually recorded. What has changed is now private chat is also recorded, always. ie, all chat on BBO is now recorded.

It will be used for abuse matters in general. I can't say "only" for abuse because perhaps some rare scenario will pop up where we have to use chat to figure out what we need to do, but staff access to this is monitored.
