3C followed by 3S shows a game force hand with both majors.
(Do you agree with 5H?)
Partner bids 5NT. He seems to have a good hand, but do you consider bidding 7H? What is partner asking? What would 5S/6C/6D have been?

Isn't this 5NT GSF/Josephine, asking for top trump honours? So 6D (1 of top 3) should be the response.

Maybe you are right that this should be Josephine.
In our system we have: "With a clear fit a jump to 5NT is Josephine"
So, we should change our definition to make this Josephine.
Also:
If partner needs some extra's outside of Hearts, how can he ask. E.g: If he needs ♠K or ♣K. If he needs a side Ace he can cue 5♠ and I can cue an Ace. I think I would need ♣A and I cannot cue ♣ with the ♣K then?
And I don't see how I can show a ♠ honor.
...So, is it really Josephine or just asking extras?

IMO 5NT mans I need 2 cards for grand, 6♣ and 6♦ mean the same, but excluding the ace there. We don´t have anything close to a grand raise IMO, 5♥ was plenty.

I mean that all of the bids that show a grand invitational: 5NT, 6♣ and 6♦ should require 11 top tricks and need 2 working cards, althou 3 is also debatable. The difference between them being that 5NT has no voids, and 6♣ and 6♦ do.

If you partner's hand was ♠AQJxxx ♥A10xxxx ♦- ♣x he should bid 6♦, not 5NT, with his hand he has a clear grand drive.
