MPs, nobody vul
1♦-1♠
2♠-4♠
LHO leads ♥A, RHO discouraging with the 8. LHO switches to ♦2 (RHO will play [di[4)
♠K1084
♥QJ93
♦KQ103
♣4
♠AJ43
♥106
♦AJ96
♣A103
do you try to find the ♠Q now? where?, or investigate something?

K♠ then finesse rho.
Looks like rho has stiff ♦ and thus more likely more spades, while i'd like to keep lho off lead it is rather immaterial as rho can always put him back on lead with a heart.
Edit: dyslexia strikes again, had my lho and rho switched

RHO discouraged, so LHO probably has AK. Plus, it seems like LHO is trying,to find RHO's shortness. I thus think you have this backwards.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the ♥3.

This does not seem to be the hand to try for a trump guess. The risk appears
to be reasonably large of a ruff no matter which opp we finesse and we
are wrong. Our contract is ice cold anytime trumps break 32 and there is
a pretty fair chance the Q will drop doubleton if we play AK off the top.
IMO playing the AK of trumps is the "safe" way of trying for a top.
We still have play if trumps are 4/1 (though our odds diminish appreciably)

most people in spain would return 1st/3rd/5th, so I though ♦2 would hardly be 4 cards, and a heart now was kind of safe at first.
LHO won the heart and returned a club to RHO's queen, I though at this point LHO was most likelly 4414 and played for it, not even close, LHO was 2335 without spade queen.
