small spade to the ace led, small diamond to the jack (you guess W has 3 spades and 2 or 4 diamonds).
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

15 losers - we're gonna need help!
I hope RHO's are 2 or 4 and not 1.
Seems like South hasn't enough entries to ruff out the spades. This is vexing.
It's too much to ask both round Kings to be onside. Can we make if they are both with East?

Win A, K, and ruff/over-ruff if necessary.
Tempting to play Q hoping for Kxx-J, but bidding suggests K is to the right.
Instead, ruff a then ruff 4th with trump Q. Ruff 3rd spade, then small toward the Queen.
You are well placedd to ruff your 4th , coming to 2, 2 ruffs, 3 ruffs, 2 and trump Ace = 10 tricks.
Whew!
I vote whenever declarer has fewer than 2 entries we get to re-deal! :D

Playing for something like:

Note West can't uppercut with the J.

Lines to cope with KJx with LHO make my head hurt...

I would just play a low club off the dummy. Hoping to lose 1C 1S 1H. Playing east for some 5224. In that case I can easily ruff two diamonds, a few spades, and I will get home whenever rho has the club K. If I am lucky I will even be able to shorten my trumps enough to pick up 5323 with rho.

SOmething like, club to Q, rho rises with K and returns, say, a diamond, then ace of clubs, low club to Q, spade ruff diamond ruff, (rho has no clubs to discard so pitches a spade if 5323, or a club if 5224) spade ruff, diamond and rho has no answer.
