Put me in as a single...I would love to try again with someone. If anyone is interested in playing, we can work on bid/play for the next 3 weeks. I am self rated as Advanced, but I do have some very great days. :P I live in Sweden and am typically not online past 6-7PM EST.
The American Swede of BBF...I eat my meatballs with blueberries, okay?
Junior - Always looking for new partners to improve my play with..I have my fair share of brilliancy and blunders.

I can't play that weekend, but just wanted to comment in the thread that people should play and it is great to organize these matches.

A regular p of mine not active on the forums (dougd) and I would be interested in giving this a shot, if there is ever a saturday you run one that I am free - cannot play the 8th, but we'd be interested in the 15th.

Less than a week now, so, who's playing? I'm flying back from China the day after tomorrow and hope to have a large selection of players to choose from when I come home. ;)

I will volunteer, with my regular partner Sam Ieong (sieong). We need to get some practice.

That's great, Adam. One more pair needed then.

(Greetings from Helsinki Airport.)

Let me double check with my partner, but I think we should be able to make it (and I think it will be fun to play in a JEC match).

Unfortunately, my partner is not available. Maybe on the 22nd?

Sure, please confirm with your partner and send me a private message so I can keep track.

Come on guys we still need teammates for awm. I am also available if someone would like to play with me. (However I haven't played bridge for over a month, fair warning.)

I am checking to see if my partner is available.

We can play, kristen33 and me and I won't be so timid this time :)

38-41 after 24 boards, unfortunately we dropped some IMPs on the last 4 for a final margin of 47-67. Nice try guys, better luck next time!

I think we did great and I really felt like we held our own against those guys. Apart from the kickback disaster and the hand below, we had a very
solid game.

Thank you, thank you to our team mates and Micheal, Timo, Larry L, BBO, BBF, my partner and everyone ,
I would never get the opportunity to play against these guys in real life. What a fantastc experience.

Here's the hand that is still making me feel sick...

Vulnerable vs. Not

I wanted to bid 4 but scared off and decided to take the sure +
Perhaps I needed to look at the vulnerability, my 7 card suit and bidding more closely.
