Matchpoint slam play

This is a little hand that showed up at matchpoint this week that caused some discussion between me and my partner when about his line of play. At imps, we all would take the 100% safety play (I assume all of us see what that is).

With south having a completely normal 1NT opening bid, and north holding a balanced 19 HCP, you would be correct to assume the entire field bid at least 6NT (a few bid 7NT). How would you play 6NT at matchpoints.

bang em. still have chances for 7 if the clubs don't break. Even if they don't break 4-2 we can decide to play cowboy for seven.
