You play some kind of relays after 1NT.
- 2♣ is either weak with ♦ or some other inv+ hands.
- You don't have regular stayman. You can invite with 4cH by transferring to H (2D) and bidding 2NT. If you bid 2D followed by 3D then this would be 4cH;5cD and GF. You can not show 4cH; 5cD and inv+
- Pass 1NT

DIAMONDS!!!

I bid whatever I have to bid to play this hand in as few diamonds as possible.

Quite frankly, I am worried that the opps may have a large black suit fit.

I think that Art raises a valid point:

The key to this hand might be shutting down the opponent's ability to show a black suit.

Don't suppose I have any option to show a single suited hand with Diamonds at the three level?
(Don't really care if its drop dead or invitational values)

I am going to show a weak hand. I am not inviting an 11 trick game on these cards. A miracle 4♥ contract is not a consideration.
