I'm puzzled by a couple of things in this auction.

My 2N bid is described as "invitational to 3N game" and 15-17HCP, but bidding 3N instead would be described as 16-21HCP. Since responder is 11+ total points, wouldn't 2N be invitational to 3N show a balanced minimum opener, with opp's suit stopped?

North's 3 feels like it's declining the invitation to game, but the description is still unlimited (11+). Should it be different?
