winning the queen doesn't lead to a very good position anyway, making 1♠ 1♥ 4♦ 2♣ doesn't let me endplay west since I don't have any spade in dummy to endplay him.
So I'll try the ♣10. Win the presummed spade switch with ace and try a diamond to the queen. The options are way too many for me to elaborate what is best, but this looks like a sound line, making if ♣KJ onside if diamonds come for 4 tricks or if diamonds come for 5 tricks of course.
