3N seems right. I'd rather bid 3N or double than pass... I'd rate it between bad and very bad.

3NT looks normal, but pass could easily be right. Pass has got a lot more going for it at matchpoints, of course.

I don't know whether 3NT or Pass is right, but I would regard double as between very bad and something worse. And I would Pass at matchpoints.

3NT is a bit risky, but pass also.. it risks missing out on a thin game. Depends on my mood and opps, but normally 3NT.
Definitely not dbl because I'm gonna look silly if pard bids 4♠ on something like

For me this is maybe half a trick shy of a 3NT bid, and I would consider pass the normal/obvious call, with 3NT as a swingy alternative, and double not on the list.

Pass. You do not have a source of tricks to bid 3NT on this hand. I regard 3NT as totally an out and out gamble.

3NT seems clear enough. I would describe Pass as wrong, rather than bad. With a slightly better hand I would describe Pass as bad. With a slightly worse hand I would think Pass was correct.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

3NT is not an extreme gamble, it's just percentages imo. On average partner will have around 8HCP and we know a lot about the distribution and location of honours. If we pass now, chance is big that we'll miss out on a simple game.
