I was groggy. So a bit late to routine match. Some friends bought a coffee. Then I sat to Uncle pickle seat :D

This is not too hard a position from the east seat. Count south's tricks. We have:

(1) Two clubs.
(2) Two hearts (the ace and king).
(3) Four spades.
(4) Can score at least two more heart tricks (the two long hearts can score separately).

That's ten.

So to set the hand, east has to find a way to cash four tricks before south takes all the winners. The only tricks E/W can cash quickly are in diamonds. So east should trump a spade as quickly as possible and cash however many diamond tricks there are!
